His responsibilities include maintaining the company vision, growing the team, building and managing channel partnerships and client accounts, as well as developing and maintaining investor relations. Recently, Connell was named “Top 10 Energy Entrepreneurs in NYC” by Breaking Energy for his contributions at Enertiv. Connell graduated Magna Cum Laude from Babson College's Honors Program.

  Co-Founder, CTO
  Pavel is a highly experienced technologist credited for developing hardware and software for Enertiv’s early prototype. He is responsible for overseeing R&D of the Enertiv Platform, managing the company’s product development roadmap, and installation logistics and operations for the company. Prior to Enertiv, Pavel was Director IT Projects at New Media Internet where he developed software and maintained the daily operations of their data center.

  Chief Software Engineer
  Felix has a background in software development and big data analytics having worked at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup amongst other companies on Wall Street. His financial and technical experience from algorithmic trading is being applied to energy data and IoT devices to store, manage, and analyze data feeds that give insights into how to save energy and optimize buildings. He has a Masters of Computer Science and a MBA from New York University.

  Sharad is Senior Product Engineer at Enertiv. Sharad is responsible for supporting partners, clients, and the internal sales team with technical assistance and overseeing hardware development cycle from end to end. He has consulted for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, on medical devices in 3rd world countries. Sharad graduated from VA Commonwealth University as an Electrical Engineer with a background in controls and PCB manufacturing.
